Q What type of assignments are there with the lessons?

As we are the only body to issue Feng Shui accreditation for correspondence courses, you must be able to show that you have understood and can implement the cures at each level. Half the course tests theory; the other half tests the practical applications. Every chapter poses questions that you must answer in your own words. You will also need to complete practical assignments,showing your workings and floor plans. You are shown in the course how to complete the practical part. You should then submit both the test questions and the practical assignment to us at the end of the course.Your paper will then be marked and if you are successful, the pass mark will be shown on your certificate. If unsuccessful you will be shown the areas you need to restudy and you can then resubmit your paper.

Q Do I receive a certificate after taking the courses?

A certificate showing that you are a Recommended Consultant of the Feng Shui Institute is awarded to those who have successfully completed the Seven Steps to Mastery and who have passed the final exam.

Q Do I have to take all the courses?
No, some students just want to increase their knowledge and fully understand Feng Shui, using it just in their own home. The Feng Shui Key Concepts Course has been designed to allow everyone to perform their own home consultation as well as setting those wishing to become Consultants on the road to professionalism.

Q What courses do I need to take to become a qualified Feng Shui Consultant?

If you wish to change to a more rewarding career and become a Feng Shui Consultant, be registered with the Feng Shui Institute and charge for the consultations that you carry out, you must take all seven levels of the Distance Learning programme and pass the final exam.

Q How does the Feng Shui Consultant final exam take place?

At the end of the seven steps, you will need to ask us to send the exam to you. It is taken under strict guidelines and does not permit any plagiarism.

Q Can I teach Feng Shui after my advanced levels?
In order to teach Feng Shui, you must have had many years of experience as a Feng Shui consultant first. Only after gaining a high level of experience and knowledge from successful consultations in homes and businesses should you try to teach others.

The courses are available as either a Download or as a CD Rom. You may print pages for your personal use only.

Q What support do students have?

Once you are enrolled onto the Distance Learning programme with the Key Concepts course, we offer a free Email forum that you can join and discuss feng shui with other students and tutors. But, obviously not the test questions.

Q Does it matter in which order I take the courses?
The courses are designed to follow on from one another, becoming increasingly intensive as you go. We strongly recommend that you take the seven courses in the order given below.

Q How long does it take to complete the Seven Steps to Mastery and become a Feng Shui Consultant?

That's really up to you, the course is sent to you straight away and you decide how much study time you wish to devote to it. There are many new concepts within the courses that students find fascinating and may take time to implement in their own homes, but the subsequent results usually inspire them to complete the course and move on to the deeper levels as soon as possible. In addition, everyone absorbs and learns at different rates, so it is difficult to say exactly how long it will take you to finish the course. That said, students normally complete the key concepts stage within 3 months but there is no time limit to the course completion. Our students have helped us compile a rough guide, given below.

Q How does Feng Shui fit in with my religion?
Feng Shui is a natural science and requires no belief structure. It is not religious in any way.
