Q How much is the course in my local currency?

Please go to www.xe.com, scroll down the page and enter the price of the course where it says "Convert this". Then click on the button marked "From this currency", scroll down until you find GBP United Kingdom pounds, click here. Follow the pervious procedure under the heading marked "To this currency" but this time, enter your desired currency instead of GBP. Finally click on the "Click to convert" button this will then show you the total cost in your currency.

Q Hello I am interested in your Feng Shui distance learning course. What type of assignments are there with the lessons?

As we are the only body to issue Feng Shui accreditation for correspondence courses, you must be able to show that you have understood and can implement the cures at each level. Therefore, every chapter poses questions which you must answer in your own words and submit these at the end of the course. Your paper will then be marked and if you are successful the pass mark will be shown on your certificate. If unsuccessful you will be shown the areas you need to restudy and you can then resubmit your paper.

Q Are there questions, and practical assessments we have to do?

Yes, half of the course tests theory the other half tests the practical applications. So you will need to show your workings and floorplans. You will be shown how to do this in the course.

Q Do we have to Email lesson assignments to you?

Yes, once you have completed the course you send back the answers to the practical and theoretical tests. We also have a free Email forum which you can join and discuss feng shui with other students and tutors. But, obviously not the test questions.

Q How long do you think it would take to go through all the courses via home study to become a Feng Shui Practitioner?

That's really up to you, the course is sent to you straight away, you decide how much study time you wish to devote to it. There are a lot of new concepts within this course which students find fascinating and these may take time to implement in their own homes. The subsequent results usually inspire them to complete the course and move on to the deeper levels as soon as they can. Having said this, students normally complete the key concepts stage within three months.

Q Do I have to take all of the courses.

No, some students just want to understand and use Feng Shui in their own home and not practice professionally, the key concepts stage allows you to do this. If you wish to become a Feng Shui Practitioner then you have a choice of intermediate levels and you can specialise in certain areas. However, If you would like to become a professional Feng Shui Consultant registered with the Feng Shui Institute only then do you need to take all of the levels.

Q Do I get a hard copy of this course, and how would my exams take place?

The course comes on a CD ROM and you can print pages off, for your personal use only.

We will send the exam to you, but it is to be taken under strict guidelines, which will not permit any plagiarism.

Q I do have one more question as I am doing some soul-searching. I need to know how Feng Shui and my religion fit together. It seems to me that Feng Shui offers a path of allowing life to be more natural, stress-free and successful. I want to order the course, yet I know that my belief is in God and I don't want to place my belief in material things.

Feng Shui is a natural science and requires no belief structure. It is not religious in anyway.

Q I'm thinking about taking your distance learning course but wanted to make sure I understand everything. If I order this course will I then earn a certificate for a "Feng Shui Practitioner"?, and is this course $135.00 or will there be more courses I'll need to take?

The foundation course costs £88 - approx, $135. Once you have completed this stage you will receive a certificate to show that you have passed this level. You then need to take at least one intermediate level to become a specialist practitioner and this costs $230 each. If you would like to become a feng shui consultant you need to take all 4 courses at this level. Regardless of whether you want to become a specialist feng shui practitioner or feng shui consultant you will also need to complete 2 courses at advanced level and these cost $430 each. You only pay for the courses when you take them and how long you spend at each stage is entirely up to you, you can also just take the foundation course only, but naturally this does not make you a feng shui practitioner.

Q Dear Sir/Madam,
I am interested in your feng shui correspondence courses. But please can you clarify a question for me? How long will EACH of the 4 intermediate courses take me to finish, I understand that I will work through this on my own time, but should I work on this daily, roughly how long is each course?

Hi Ana,
As you know people absorb and learn information at different rates, so it is difficult to say exactly how long it will take to finish the course. But, after talking to some of our student we have compiled a rough guideline below.

Q Can I teach feng shui after my advance level if I choose to do so?

In order to teach you have to have had many years of experience as a feng shui consultant. So it is a start, but you need to be very experienced to teach others.

Q Should I need help while studying, is help readily available at any time?

Yes, but please allow up to 24 hours for each reply.
