When you place your order, just let us know which Magic Spells you require. Once we receive notification of your order, a confirmation Email will be sent to you. We then post the goods to you and all you have to do is wear it around your neck on the ribbon supplied or keep it close to you in a pocket or bag. You may if you wish, put the charm onto your own chain or necklace.
We accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone. Our secure online facilities are handled by Protx.

Post and Packing is free on all orders of GB £99 and over. A standard GB £4.50 post and packing charge is applied to all orders below GB £99. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail Small Package. We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible. UK orders usually arrive within 7 days and overseas orders within 12 days, but please bear in mind that your spell is handcrafted and may take longer. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us; all orders are sent in plain packaging so that you can shop in confidence.
If you need to return an item to us, please Email us stating the reason for return. We suggest using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Signed For and retaining proof of postage. Goods are posted to you in resealable plastic packets and must be received by us in their original packaging to protect them during transit to the address on our contact page. You are responsible for the return of the goods supplied to you and for the cost of returning the goods to us. This is a UK only right to cancel and does not apply to non UK consumers.
When you send your items back to us, we will process the returned item and notify you via Email of your refund. A refund of the purchase price will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. You can expect to receive the refund in same form of payment originally used for purchase. If we do not receive the item from you, we may arrange collection of the item(s) from your residence at your cost. We are unable to issue refunds on items that have been damaged by you.
This returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
If you wish to cancel an order before you have received notification that your order has been despatched, please send us an Email referencing your order number and with CANCELLATION in the subject line. We will confirm your cancellation by Email and refund your payment promptly.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order within seven working days following the day on which you receive your goods.
Your personal details are stored securely and used only by us for the purpose of processing your order. We may also use the information for our own research and analysis. We will not pass on your details to any other party. We may occassionally Email you with relevant special offers and news and you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by Emailing us.
